Please read our policy carefully regarding exchanges and refunds.

1. Exchange Policy (Applicable to Damaged Books Only)

We only offer an exchange for books that arrive damaged.

  • Eligibility: An item is eligible for exchange only if it is received by the customer in a damaged condition (e.g., bent corners, minor tears on the cover or pages).
  • Time Frame: You must notify us of the damage and request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Process:
    1. Send an email to info@feelfirst.in with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
    2. Once we confirm the damage and approve the exchange, you will be instructed to ship the damaged book back to us.
    3. Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged book, we will ship a replacement copy to you.

2. Refund Policy (Applicable to Books Damaged Beyond Recognition Only)

We accept returns and process refunds only if the book is damaged to the extent that it is rendered unusable or unreadable (damaged beyond recognition). We do not offer refunds for minor damages, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with content.

  • Eligibility: A refund is only processed if the book is damaged beyond recognition (e.g., significant water damage, pages ripped out, binding completely broken).
  • Time Frame: You must notify us and initiate the refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Process:
    1. Send an email to info@feelfirst.in with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the book’s condition.
    2. If the damage is confirmed, you will be instructed to ship the book back to our fulfillment center.
    3. Once the returned book is received and verified to be damaged beyond recognition, we will process a full refund for the cost of the book (excluding the original shipping fee) to your original method of payment.
    4. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchange or Return

The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping cost associated with returning a damaged book for either an exchange or a refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • The cost of shipping the replacement book back to you (in case of an exchange) will be covered by feelfirst.in.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for:

  • Books that are not damaged.
  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, audiobooks).
  • Books reported as damaged after the 7-day notification period.
