Shyamali Satpathy brings over 22 years of combined corporate and academic experience to her work in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. Professor Satpathy holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA from Sambalpur University and is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. at IIT Delhi, reflecting her continued engagement with scholarly inquiry.
She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Galgotias University and previously held the position of Dean (Academics) at the Army Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida. Her academic and professional interests span HRM, OB, HR analytics, performance management, talent acquisition, leadership, employee motivation and retention, and governance. She is the recipient of the Dr Sarojini Naidu International Award for Working Women (2024).
